I’m the owner & founder of Lilac Sugaring.

A little about me...

I received my license in Esthetics in 2015 in my hometown of Anchorage, Alaska. While working at an express waxing Brow Bar, I was also working toward my Associate Degree in Accounting. I left Alaska with my degree in 2017 to move to Fort Collins, Colorado. After receiving my esthetics license in Colorado, I began working at a local waxing studio. From Colorado we moved to Portland to be closer to home (Alaska). Two years after living in Oregon, I was given the opportunity to open Lilac Sugaring. In my esthetics career so far I have completed the following certifications & trainings:

Lilac Sugaring opened doors in August of 2021. We are still a new company and I am so excited to keep building and growing the brand. One of my goals for Lilac Sugaring, aside from offering excellent quality services to clients, is to be a positive influence in the community. There is a community board in the studio for local businesses & individuals to post their cards/stickers/etc.. I believe in collaboration over competition and try to support other small businesses in any way that I can! I love Portland and want to be a part of keeping it the inclusive and unique community I have found it to be.

As far as my personal life...

I was born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska. This is where I met my husband, Michael. We’ve been together since high school and now have 2 pups.
